Don't Look Back

Because our message buffered so greatly yesterday, I want to ensure that you are able to fill in the blanks to the words that are 'missing' in the message. So I have decided to 'share' that message with you in script.


Below is the entire message, "Don't Look Back", as delivered on Day #3 of our 3 day FAST yesterday.  As you listen to the recorded message at:, please reference this 'blog' to help you persevere to the end of the message.

(Key Scripture:  Genesis 19:12-26)


"As we are on our final day of a 3-day FAST, I have been adding daily scriptures to our facebook group page to assist you in your devotional time through this FAST.


As our focus for this FAST is the Lost/Soul Salvation, it is imperative that we understand that:


1. First, not everyone is going to be saved. Although the Lord has said that hell had to be enlarged to include the lost; it was not His original intent for anyone to go to hell.


However, at the same time that He enlarged Hell, He also prophesied a way out for those of us who wanted to continue in a relationship with Him to have eternal life with Him in the kingdom of heaven.


2. Not everyone believes that God is the Creator, the Maker of all things; the earth, the universe and all that dwells therein,


3. And NOBODY is going to heaven on somebody else’s coattail, prayers or personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.


4. The only way to get to God and to eternal life is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.


So, our Intercessory Prayer Warrior Team, has been on a dedicated and focused FAST for Soul Salvation… that the lost will have an opportunity to receive Jesus Christ as his/her own personal Savior.


For the word of God tells us that everyone will have the opportunity before this world passes away, to accept or to deny Him.


It tells us in Matthew 5:18,


“For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.”


So we know that there will come a time when the word of God will be fulfilled on this earth, under this earth and in the universe.


So, again I remind you that we are Fasting & Praying for Soul Salvation today. For we all are going to see eternity in one form or another; in hell or in heaven; in torment or in everlasting life.


And I am reminded in all of this……….. once again, of the event that took place in Sodom and Gomorrah where Lot and his family had to run for their lives to be saved out of what they had become complacent in. A lifestyle, a city; what had become the norm for them because they had been lured into a life of complacency.


We talked about this before in the message, “What is Your Tent Facing”.


If you didn’t get the opportunity to hear that message ‘live’ or want to refresh yourself with the word, please go back and listen to the recording so that you can come to the place where we are today in our message, “Don’t Look Back”.


But, as I continue, Sodom and Gomorrah is the city, where Lot and his family had to run for their lives. Lot, as I remind you, was Abraham’s nephew who Abraham took with him when he was forewarned to separate himself from his family.


Anyway, after his separation from Lot, Lot chose to live first turn his tent toward Sodom and then gradually moved into the city behind the gates.


As the story goes, we find Abraham interceding on behalf of Sodom and Gomorrah in Chapter 18; I won’t read that for you today; I admonish you to go and read it for yourself to get the full revelation on this entire word.


After the negations, it was determined that the angels would go to Sodom for the express intent to retrieve Lot and His family from the propheicied doom that was about to take place in Sodom & Gomorrah.


Once they got pass the group in the city, and were welcomed into Lot’s home, Lot and his family were given information straight from the mouths of the angels and availed the ‘opportunity’, before the end, to make a choice.


And if you will notice in verses, 12-15, everyone was given the right to choose. Nobody made a choice for anyone else.


And again that is what this FAST is about. That the ‘lost’ be given opportunity for “workers in the harvest” to cross their path, offer them a salvation tract with their lunch or dinner, preach the Gospel of truth to them in this end time hour…… and/or for angels to whisper sweet scriptures in their ears throughout the day so that they may recognize that there is a choice, that they first must repent and ask Jesus to be the Lord of their lives that they might obtain Access to the kingdom.


So for those who have joined with us and entered into this FAST, this message is for you today.


Because it is imperative that you know in your heart that you did all that you could to convince, lead, be an example and pray for the souls of those that are going to be left behind when we are no longer here.


On Day #1 of our FAST, I shared scriptures to help you preach the gospel of salvation to anyone you were led to share the word of God with as you FASTed and PRAYed.


On Day #2 of our FAST, I shared scriptures to help you understand the ‘why’, ‘who’ and ‘what’ of the end time that is upon us.


And on Day #3 of our FAST, today, I shared scriptures to help you understand that everyone is not going to get to go to heaven; even some that YOU think should go, like “the GOOD”.


I hear people say all the time that they feel someone is a Christian because they are “good people”; always helping someone out and doing something nice. But there is no place in the bible that guarantees that “good” person access to the kingdom.


My bible tells me that, regarding:

The “Good”

“And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.” Matthew 19:16-17

So though He says it is important to keep the commandments; though we keep them, however, it does not make us “good”; for according to Jesus, there is none good but God.


And then He continues to talk from the “good” to the “rich”…


The “Rich”

“Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go [and] sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come [and] follow me. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. Matthew 19:21-22

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.“ Matthew 19:23-24

“When his disciples heard [it], they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible” Matthew 19:25-26

You see, even the disciples were amazed at the fact that the “good” would not enter into the kingdom. That being “good”, meaning, following the commandments, does not give us “access”.


And as Jesus went on to explain, He did not say that the rich won’t go; He did however, say that it will be hard for the rich man not to make his treasure His god, where He would not be willing to lay them down and follow Him through the truth of the word that he might also be a “doer” of the word and not a “hearer” only.


There are also many places where the word of God reminds us that there will be others that will not be able to enter the kingdom of heaven for eternal life.


At one time or another, we are told about those who have or are abominations to God, who will not enter into the kingdom of heaven.



The “Proud”


The word of God warns us in Proverbs 15:5 that to be “proud” is an abomination to the Lord,


“Every one [that is] proud in heart [is] an abomination to the LORD: [though] hand [join] in hand, he shall not be unpunished.” Proverbs 15:5


In speaking of the “proud”, I will use Eli and his sons, the children of Belial who knew not the Lord, according to I Samuel 2:12. The scriptures tell us that the sin of his sons was that they disrespected the offering of the Lord in verse 17.


The word of God tells us about the Prophet Eli at the age of 99 years old, in I Samuel Chapter 2 and 4.


“And the messenger answered and said, Israel is fled before the Philistines, and there hath been also a great slaughter among the people, and thy two sons also, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God is taken. And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.

And his daughter in law, Phinehas' wife, was with child, [near] to be delivered: and when she heard the tidings that the ark of God was taken, and that her father in law and her husband were dead, she bowed herself and travailed; for her pains came upon her. And about the time of her death the women that stood by her said unto her, Fear not; for thou hast born a son. But she answered not, neither did she regard [it]. And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband.” I Samuel 4:17-18


Even Eli, at the age of 99 years old after 40 years of serving the Lord judging Israel, was judged for not doing with his children; raising them in the fear and admonition of God as he should have. And he did not fall back because of his sons, he fell back because the Ark of God had been taken by the enemy. Read it for yourself.


The “Wicked” won’t have access to the kingdom of heaven.


“The thoughts of the wicked [are] an abomination to the LORD: but [the words] of the pure [are] pleasant words.” Proverbs 15:26

“The sacrifice of the wicked [is] an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright [is] his delight.” Proverbs 15:8


Where do we place the Sadducees and the Pharisees that were constantly used of the enemy to try to ‘get to’ Jesus?


This is the category that I would place those who follow the religious principles but yet who are not followers of Jesus. The intents of their hearts were what caused them to be considered ‘wicked’! They felt ‘keeping the law’ caused them to be righteous before God; yet only God knows the true intent of any mans’ heart.


The “Idolaters” will not enter into the kingdom of heaven.


“The graven images of their gods shall ye burn with fire: thou shalt not desire the silver or gold [that is] on them, nor take [it] unto thee, lest thou be snared therein: for it [is] an abomination to the LORD thy God.” Deut. 7:25


We shall Elijah in a showdown against 500 prophets in II Kings 18  and win.


What god were they serving? Because when they called on the name of their god in verses 26 through 29, their gods failed them; yet Elijah stood alone in victory with His God, Jehovah!


So we see that Idolaters don’t have a chance in heaven.


Have you been praying for those that you know are worshipping “other gods”? The god of money, the god of work, the god of chance, the god of bling bling. Yeah, they have a different name now. We don’t have to go out on the limb to call them buddah anymore; but whatever their names, they are not the Living God!


The Sexually Promiscuous – (living the lifestyle of) Adultery, Fornicators, Homosexuality


If you or someone you know is living a promiscuous lifestyle, shacking up with their boyfriend or girlfriend and calling themselves married; I’ve told you in a previous message, I did that at one time in my life. And I reaped the harvest of that lifestyle and repented before God and set things right.


So we can put anything we have done or are doing under the blood of Jesus. However, me must turn away from the sin as well. We can’t just ask God to forgive it and continue in it. The word says, we have to “turn away from it”.


Repent and be converted.


Change that lifestyle.


So the word of God says, explicitly that if you are living a promiscuous lifestyle, you are not going to heaven.


If you are living a gay or lesbian lifestyle, the word of God says in more than one place, do not be deceived, you are going to hell.


If you know someone who is living the “lifestyle”, they are headed for hell.


“If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.” Leviticus 20:13


Do you understand that hell is not a place of comfort?!


Hell is death.


Heaven is life.


They will be put to death, the word God says, ‘eternal death’.


Have you ever read the book, “The Devine Revelation of Hell”, by Mary K. Baxter?


When you’ve got a couple of hours to spare, I believe once you pick that book up you won’t set it down until you have finished it. In this book, Mary K. Baxter gives a living testimony of what hell is like.


And I’ll tell you like Jesus said to those He spoke with in hell in her book,………. if you are living a lifestyle that you think you can ‘con’ your way out of with God, at the judgment, let me tell you like Jesus told them, “your judgment is set”.


If you don’t like to read, I placed a video on our fb group page again this morning, sharing the testimony of an 18 year old girl named Angelica Zambrano who had a similar experience as Mary K. Baxter, who Jesus took to hell so that she also could deliver the same message, you don’t have much time, “Jesus is on His way”.


You and anyone that you are praying for will have opportunity to repent and turn from their wicked ways TODAY, as the bible expresses. And if you don’t, there is no ‘settling it later’; for, your judgment is set.


Believe what you want to.


I’m just here to deliver the truth of the word of repentance today.


And I pray that you who are on the line now and those who are listening to this recording, if you have not gotten things straight and you think you have “tomorrow” to do it, let me put it into perspective for you.


I Corinthians 6:9-11 - “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”


My bible encourages me and prompts me that there is no other way for man to get to God but through the blood of Jesus.


Romans 10:6-11 - “But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down [from above] Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.”


Now I know you must wonder ‘where does Genesis Chapter 19 fit in all of this?’.


Well I will tell you now.


Often times I look back at Lot’s Wife.


I am a wife and a mother.


And when I look at the scripture in verse 26 that says, “But his wife looked back…”


I am saddened by what I feel in my spirit every time I read those 5 words, because through revelation I have the rhema of ‘why’ she looked back.


And because I don’t want you to turn into a pillar of salt (in that sense), I will share with you what I am feeling for you right now in empathy with Lot’s wife.


There are many interpretations of what other’s have given messages on regarding those 5 words, but in my heart, deep in my soul, I know that Lot’s wife turned back because of her children.


You see, as I said earlier, everyone in that house was given opportunity to make a choice; yet, because the sons-in-law felt it was all ‘humorous’, they and their wives and their children; Lot’s wife’s daughters and grandchildren, were left behind to suffer and to die an excruciating death.


The angels had tried to urge them.


Lot had tried to convince them; yet, they made up their own minds according to the information they were given by the angels in their presence.


Lot’s wife turned back because of the screams that could have been the voices of those who wanted her to come back and help them.


She turned back not because of the ‘things’ that she was leaving behind or the lifestyle they had lived. Her mother’s heart, turned her back. Her heart for the people, not just her children.


But it had already been determined that there would be losses.


Abraham had already mediated on behalf of Sodom and Gomorrah.


There was nothing left but for Lot and his wife and 2 daughters to continue forward without looking back.


We are doing and have done as we were called to do in the Old Testament Book of Joel, Chapter 2, verses 15-17, which reads:


“Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; Gather the people, Sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and nursing babes; Let the bridegroom go out from his chamber, And the bride from her dressing room. Let the priests, who minister to the LORD, Weep between the porch and the altar; Let them say, "Spare Your people, O LORD, And do not give Your heritage to reproach, That the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, 'Where [is] their God?' "


We, in these past 3 days, have been doing as Abraham did, we have been mediating on behalf of the lost. And judgment is set.


So, I’m here to tell you that even with all the praying that you are doing, some people that you are praying for, for repentance that their souls may be saved from damnation; will make the wrong choice.


And I say to you, DON’T LOOK BACK…


because according to Revelations Chapter 8, verse 1, the day will come that the heavens shall be silenced for about 1 half hour (When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour) and you will be given opportunity to see the lives of those whom you thought were “good” that you did not pray for; and those that you prayed for that you thought were not saved (for remember, only God knows the heart), who were; and some who never will be even with the angel of the Lord present in their homes pleading their case.


But I say to you, DON’T LOOK BACK in sorrow, as Lot’s wife did.


You did all that you were called and purposed to do for the Lost.


The day of the Lord is at hand.




"And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on [My] menservants and on [My] maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. "And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD. And it shall come to pass [That] whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the LORD has said, Among the remnant whom the LORD calls.” Joel 2:28-32


Don’t allow your heart strings to keep you from moving forward in the things of the Lord. There comes a time and a season that we must let go and….




“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.” I Thessalonians 4:16-18


Our FAST ends today with day 3, in honor of …. ROSH HASHANAH tomorrow and Friday.


Tonight at midnight, the Shofar will blow ushering a new day. We will begin celebrating Rosh Hashanah (which is to celebrate the Jewish New Year on the Hebrew Calendar). So, get ready to Eat and Celebrate as we move forward, not looking behind us…for the promise of God is in front of us.


“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 2:2"
